Enhance Energy Utilization and Transformation Efficiency through Comprehensive Utilization of Coal under APEC Energy Working Group was applied by China Coal Information Institute. MR. Sun Qinggang as the contractor undertook a part of the tasks of the project. According to the requirements in the RFP of the project, the contractor conducted a series of on-site investigations for different coal comprehensive utilization models in China and Indonesia, as well as information collection for advanced experiences in developed economics.
