Industrial Energy Efficiency: Designing Effective State Programs for the Industrial Sector

This report, prepared by IIP and published by the U.S. SEE Action Network, lays a compelling case for industry participation in state-wide industrial energy efficiency (IEE) programs in the United States. The report provides information and case studies about successful IEE programs, and provides insights into the barriers industry face as well as how to overcome them. The report focuses primarily on ratepayer programs – that is, those funded by electricity and gas customers.
