David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture and Bio Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences. Has worked for the last 33 years in different Ministries including Agriculture, Rural Development, Water, Environment and currently working with the Ministry of Energy Kenya in the Directorate of Renewable Energy as an acting Director in charge of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Department. Has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy in Kenya.
